Cranky Romance & Grumpy Erotica

Living Promises - Amy Lane 2,5I love the phrasings that Amy Lane uses in her dialogues or POVs, thanks to them the reading flows away nicely, despite the enormous amount of angst. So, the problem here is the perfection. All the characters behave properly or act in a justifiable way and the big family inevitably becomes phony. Only Con and Katy are full of faults, but it's not sufficient because, alas, they can't speak.
