2,5I thought the novel was about dancing, instead is about two depressed guys. It isn't bad, on the contrary, it's very good as long as the plot remains focused on Ed and Laurie's relationship (read sex). But maybe in my romance I prefer one messed up character while the others fuss over him/her or kick his/her ass better, because in this way I went into oh, poor me overdose and, rather than sympathizing with the guys, I could not help but get into grandma mode: "Boys, there are babies who die of hunger, get a grip and shut up! Especially you Laurence."
